We accept credit card payments and Paypal wire transfer.
How can I receive an invoice for my order ?
Invoices are sent by email only. There is also a possibility to print it from your customer ‘s account : My account / Historic of my orders
How can I check the status of my order ?
You’ll receive an email for each step from preparation to delivery.
A tracking number will help you to follow its delivery
Is it possible to choose a different delivery address ?
Of course ! You just have to indicate the place of delivery you wish the order to be delivered to.
Is it possible to have my order delivered abroad ?

3) Return and replacement
The ordered product is inappropriate, what can I do ?
From the date of its delivery, a product can be returned during a 14 days period.
You’ll have to cover postal charges for returns.
To your return, combine a return coupon formerly downloaded on www.trousselier.fr
The product I ordered is damaged, what can I do ?
First of all, get in touch with us near email@example.com and send a picture of the product.
On receipt of which, if we can see the defect, you’ll receive a go signal for return together with a prepaid return label by email.
On receipt of the carton, either the product is repaired or replaced.
Times of deliveries may depend according to the product itself.
